What to expect:
- A part-time position in a dynamic team
- Individual training with regular and open communication
- After your training, you will be responsible for recording, reviewing, and booking incoming invoices
- You will manage the dunning process, resolve outstanding items, and handle account reconciliation in case of discrepancies
- Your responsibilities will be rounded off with the preparation and execution of payment transactions and master data maintenance
TITEL_ANFORDERUNGEN_JOB
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in accounts payable is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP (FI)
- Reliable and independent working style within a team
